Item was shipped promptly, installed with a little bit of modification needed. Not all the holes lined up and the spacer blocks bend so had to put in some heavier spacers. With that said it is a wonderful design and fairly easy to install even with the modifications

The customer service was excellent to talk to. I received the hitch actually a couple of days before the delivery date. As for doing the job of installing the hitch removing the old one was the hardest part. The B W hitch was a great fit for my truck. Only thing that I would change would be if they would include the 4 screws and nuts for the light plug. Overall I am very pleased. I feel alot better having the old rusted hitch off. Thanks for a great product. I have several different trailers I pull. From a small utility to a 24 feet enclosed race trailer.
Easy to install. Still looks great after a year. Has performed as expected.

not exactly what I wanted but seems fine so far didn't really want a bolt together which but so far so good
I purchased the B&W Class V hitch from etrailer.com. Service was excellent.
I have installed B&W products on my vehicles in the past and have been very happy with the quality and ease of installation.
While this hitch is well constructed and easy to install, I did have one issue which I intend to bring to the attention of B&W.
The instructions call for torquing the 1/2" bolts to 80 ft. lbs. On my Chevy Silverado, the larger backing plates which rest on top of the frame started to bend well before I was close to 80 ft. lbs. I ended up using additional steel plates under the ones provided in order to tighten everything to specifications. Other than that I have no complaints.
Just installed this receiver and it looks great. Installation in about half an hour with no modifications (drilling) required. It actually took longer to remove the existing hitch than it did to install the new one. I love that I have a cat 5 hitch with a 2" receiver. Daily I tow a 10,000 lb trailer and I feel much more secure about this hitch than the one that came on my 3/4 ton.
I appreciate that it comes with a tab for the RV plug. The paint finish appears to be very strong and durable. The 3-piece design should also make this hitch stronger than the welded hitches. Only complaint is the tabs for the safety chains may be encumbered by the use of a locking hitch pin.
Ordering was easy and delivery was swift.
The hitch itself is heavy duty, very happy with it and would highly recommend it. The mounting hardware is of poor quality. Spacer plates are very soft steel. There needs to be a spacer to go inside the large holes of the truck frame, nearest the front of the vehicle - the spacer plates collapsed way before hitting the 80 lbs required torque. To top it off, one of the bolts stripped out before meeting the torque requirements. Installation took way longer than it should have. Having said that, with a couple of minor upgrades this would be an awesome package!
Order my hitch it came in a few days took me a week to get time to install it only to find out I ordered the wrong one, called etrailer right away they shipped the right one same day, fits perfect no holes to drill, return of old one was easy,(keep the original box till you know it fits) return credit is a little slow in my opinion, product is good quality, would recommend to a friend.

Very nice product..easy to install..direct replacement for the factory hitch.
My only complaint is that the electrical plug mount is weak. Compared to the HD aspect of the hitch they could have made it a little beefier.
Looks like a solid piece, it was very easy to install with pretty basic hand tools, ready to put my truck to work with a hitch that will safely hold what truck is rated to tow.
Arrived as promised. Quality great. Easy installation with great instruction.
